Fonda attended The 9th Meeting of BRICS Solid State Lighting Collaboration Working Group

The 9th Meeting of BRICS Solid State Lighting Collaboration Working Group (BRICS SSL WG) was held from 12-14 July 2022. More than 20 delegates from Ministry of Science and Technology, Research Institutes and SSL industries of BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) participated in the meeting.


Other 30 delegates from R&D institutes, universities and SSL industries of 6 countries, China,  Malaysia, Australia,Thailand, USA, Myanmar, also participated in the meeting.More than 100 times people attended the two-days meeting.
 

The representative from the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Science and Technology of China (MOST), delivered welcome remarks at the meeting.


The President of ISA delivered his welcome remarks at the meeting. Dr. Hongwei Song,Founder and CEO of Fonda Technology,. Ltd, was invited to give a speech on the theme of“Smart Lighting to Smart City”at the meeting.
 
 
Fonda has 11 years' experience in outdoor smart lighting control, and been implemented the state of the art smart solutions for more than 80 countries and 200 cities or regions all over the world. Dr. Song said, the smart lighting is more and more mature with higher modularization and integrations, and easier to use for different products and scenarios. Smart lighting will play a bigger role in the construction of smart cities.
 

In addition, the representatives from following organizations participated in this meeting. There are Signify, Osram, Tuya Technology Co., Ltd.,  Zhejiang Fonda Technology Co.,Ltd.,Research Institute, Everfine, China, Fudan University, China, etc.
